Privacy Notice
This notice explains what happens to the personal data you send us through the contact form on this website. It is written to meet the requirements of the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its Implementing Regulations.
1. Who is responsible for your data
This website is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], commercial registration [CR NUMBER], of [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (referred to below as "we" or "us").
For any question about this notice or about your personal data, write to ali.a@saudijereh.com.
2. What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form, plus the minimum technical data needed to operate the site securely:
- You provide: your name, email address, and your message. Optionally your company, phone number and area of interest.
- Collected automatically when you submit: the date and time of the submission and your IP address. Our form provider (see section 4) records these to detect and prevent abuse of the form, and includes your IP address in the notification email sent to us, so it is kept together with that correspondence for the period stated in section 5. We do not use it for profiling and we do not combine it with any other source.
We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. The site stores a copy of your unsent form entries in your own browser so that a reload does not lose your text; that copy never leaves your device and is deleted as soon as the form is sent.
3. Why we use it, and on what basis
We use your data solely to read, route and answer your enquiry, and to keep a record of the correspondence. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before sending the form. You may withdraw that consent at any time; see section 6.
We do not use your data for marketing unless you separately ask us to, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
4. Who else sees it
The contact form is operated for us by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that receives your submission and relays it to us by email. Web3Forms processes your data only to deliver that message and to protect the form from abuse. Their privacy terms are published at web3forms.com/privacy.
The form is also protected by hCaptcha, which checks that submissions come from a person rather than an automated script. To do this it collects technical signals from your device and browser, including your IP address. Its terms are published at hcaptcha.com/privacy.
Once relayed, your enquiry arrives in the mailbox of the site operator, who may share it with our commercial representatives when a specialist is needed to answer you.
Beyond that, your data is disclosed only to our email provider acting on our instructions, or where a Saudi authority requires it by law.
5. Where it is stored and for how long
We do not run a database of enquiries. After delivery your message lives in the mailboxes of the recipients named above, and briefly with Web3Forms while it is being relayed.
The infrastructure of both our form provider and our email provider is located outside the Kingdom; where personal data is transferred abroad, we do so in line with the PDPL's provisions on cross-border transfer.
Two separate periods apply, and the shorter one binds our form provider:
- Web3Forms permanently deletes its stored copy of your submission within 12 months.
- We keep the resulting email correspondence for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted, unless a longer period is required to comply with a legal or contractual obligation.
6. Your rights
Under the PDPL you have the right to:
- be informed of how and why your personal data is used;
- request access to your personal data, and obtain a copy of it;
- request correction of data that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date;
- request destruction of your personal data when it is no longer needed;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of what was done before you withdrew it.
To exercise any of these, write to ali.a@saudijereh.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
7. How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS only, with a content security policy that restricts where the page may send data. Your submission travels encrypted to our form provider, which applies its own rate limiting and abuse detection before relaying it to us.
No system is perfect. If a breach ever affects your personal data, we will notify the competent authority and the affected individuals as the PDPL requires.
8. Children
This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date below. Material changes affecting how we use data you already sent us will be communicated directly.
